摘要
为了实现改扩建工程和新建工程集约用地,分析出全流程、全立体、全厂界的给水厂集约化工艺设计策略,涵盖了净水全流程一次提升、炭吸附砂过滤一体池、现有平流沉淀池升级改造为强化组合沉淀及臭氧上向流活性炭集成技术等多项技术,凝练了叠合式、组团式、合建式等紧凑型综合池,并利用三维技术进行可视化低碳设计,有效提高协作效率。
Based on full-flow process, three-dimensional model and boundary control, solutions of the integrated design was analyzed for saving land in reconstruction and expansion or new project of water plants. Some techniques were introduced such as one-time lifting in full-flow process, granular activated carbon adsorption combined with sand filtration process, horizontal sedimentation tank upgrading to horizontal-flow/inclined-tube sedimentation combined with ozone/activated carbon process. Superposed, clustered and combined layouts of integrated pools were summarized. Further more, 3-D design technique was applied to visualization scheme, which was lowcarbon and high efficient.
