金海水厂TGV滤池浊度升高现象的研究与改善

摘要 分别开展烧杯搅拌试验、滤池砂层测试、滤池参数调整等多方面调试对金海水厂TGV滤池浊度升高的原因进行调查,研究造成浊度波动的多种因素,并在不改变常规工艺生产的前提下,采取多种措施改善滤池过滤效果,确保出水水质。结果表明,金海水厂TGV滤池虽然滤砂粒径、进水分配存在先天不足,但是在经过控制进水量、改变加药方式、调整滤池参数等一系列措施,滤后水浊度能够得到降低,满足出水要求。 The reason of TGV filter turbidity increasing has been researched by beaker stirring test, sand filter layer test and filter parameter adjustment, which were used to find out the serval factors of the turbidity fluctuation. Serval measures have been taken to improve the filtering effect of TGV under the situation of stable regular treatment progress. Result showed, although TGV in Jinhai Water Plant has shortage on Filter sand particle size and water distribution, effluent turbidity can be reduced to the requirement by controlling ot water inflow, changing the way of dosing, adjusting the parameter of TGV.
