Analysis of Membrane Filter Cloth Selection for Sludge Deep Dewatering

滤布是板框式压滤机的"心脏",合适的滤布压滤过程中产生滤液澄清,固相损失少,压滤后滤饼容易剥离,滤布不易堵塞,容易反洗再利用,工作寿命长。该文分别在滤布材质、材料结构和编制方式三个方面对板框式压滤机滤布的选型进行分析。结合选型结果进行试验,结果表明,丙纶复丝缎纹滤布的透水性较差,泥饼不易脱落,滤液较清,含水率高;涤纶单丝缎纹滤布透水性好,泥饼容易脱落,但滤液较浑浊,含水率较低。

Filtering cloth is the core of the plate and frame filter press. Suitable filter can produce filtrate clarification, less solid-phase loss, ease filter-sludge split. And the filter cloth is not easy to plug, also easier backwash recycling, longer working life. Respectively selection in filter material, material structure and presentation of the three aspects of plate and frame filter press cloth are analysised. Combination results for test results ,polypropylene-multifilament-satin cloth can be poor permeability, sludge-cake is not easy to fall off, filtrate clear, but high moisture. Polyester-silk-satin cloth can be good in permeability, sludge cake is easy to fall off, but the filtrate is more turbid, low moisture in the contrary.
