摘要
将三维设计软件CATIA应用于渠道施工详图设计中,采用三维参数化及模板技术,建立了渠道工程的三维设计动态模型。在该动态模型中,当设计方案变更时,可通过修改设计参数方便快捷地调整渠道三维设计模型,通过三维设计模型自动计算工程量、土石挖填量,自动生成工程施工详图,与传统二维平面设计比较,大大提高了工作效率和设计质量,并在南水北调中线工程中进行应用,取得了很好的效果。
Three-dimensional (3-D) design software CATIA is applied to the channel construction detailing design. The 3-D parametric and template technology is used to establish the 3-D dynamic design model of the channel. When the design is changed, the 3-D channel design model can be adjusted conveniently by modifying the design parameters. The engineering amount, earth excavation and filling amount can be calculated automatically, and the construction detailed drawing can also be generated automatically by the 3-D design model. Compared with the traditional two dimensional design, the efficiency and quality of the design can be improved greatly by the 3-D method. This 3-D design technology is applied to the South-to-North Water Diversion Project and has obtained good resuit.
