摘要 目的:观察急性失血性贫血对老年大鼠认知功能的影响.方法:将22只老年wistar大鼠随机分为假失血组(A组,n=11只)和失血40%组(B组,n=11只).B组大鼠放全身血容量的40%的血并给予三倍的晶体液输注.两组大鼠术前和术后2 d后进行水迷宫实验,记录两组参考记忆和工作记忆数据.结果:A组和B组的参考记忆数据差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).B组的大鼠与A组大鼠比较,工作记忆的四次潜伏期均有显著延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),第四次的潜伏期两组差异尤为显著(P<0.01).结论:急性失血,失血达40%时对老年大鼠的学习认知功能及回忆探究能力是有抑制的. Aim:To investigate the effects of acute dilutional anemia on the aged rats cognition. Methods:22 aged wistar rats were randomly equally divided to two groups.One (A)is sham hemodilu-tion,and the other (B)is hemodiluted by exchange of crystalloid solution for 40%of total blood volume in a ratio of 3∶1 (crystalloid solution:blood).And then using Morris water maze paradigms to test the ratscognition.Results:Acute Anemia did not impair reference memory.The latency of Group B in working memory is significantly longer than that of Group A,especially in the fourth trial.Conclusion:Acute a-nemia,shedding blood to 40%of total blood volume,impaired working memory and learning in the aged rats.
