摘要 通过深入分析圆形/环形平面区域特征3轴数控铣削特点,提出平面变半径螺旋插补原理及算法。以成组技术为背景,采用机床极坐标功能,给出了面向圆形/环形平面区域特征的参数化程序。通过合理赋值,可以实现圆形/环形/平面螺纹特征的3轴数控铣削加工。VERICUT仿真和试验表明,平面变半径螺旋插补算法正确有效。 By thoroughly analyzing the characteristics of 3-axis milling of circular/annular region,planar variable radius helical interpolation (PVRHI)was proposed. Based on group technology,using polar function of CNC machine,a parametric program oriented circular/annular region features was provided. CNC machining on 3-axis milling machine of circular/annular/planar thread features could be realized by proper assigning for variables. The VERICUT simulation results and the experiment result on 3-axis CNC machine show that the PVRHI is highly effect and correct.
