摘要
机械加工中,影响产品质量的因素较多,但工艺质量对其影响最大。以回转体加工为研究对象,在进行数学建模的基础上,通过抽样检查、数据分析、工艺计算、参数优化、工艺验证达到提高加工精度的目的,并在大量实践的前提下,针对回转体加工中因工艺能力不稳定出现的加工误差提出优化方案。
In machinery processing,products quality was affected by many factors,but it was affected most by the process quality. Taking the rotary body processing as a research object,based on mathematical modeling,through sampling check,data analysis, technology calculation,parameter optimization and technology validation,improvement of processing precision was reached. And in the premise of a large amount of practice,aiming at the appeared processing errors due to non-stable process capacity in rotary body processing,the optimization program was made.
