摘要
为了找到更加适合梳棉机自调匀整装置的控制模型和控制算法,本文采用PID控制系统,依据梳棉机的具体工艺,并通过Simulink对开环控制模型、闭环控制模型和混合环控制模型进行了分析和仿真。仿真结果表明,开环控制模型对短片段棉层控制效果较好,但对中长片段抑制效果欠佳;闭环控制模型对长片段棉层匀整效果较好,但由于匀整死区的存在,对短片段抑制效欠佳;混合环控制模型综合了开环和闭环两种模型的优点;而采用棉层、棉条2点的检测量同时作为控制量决定因子的混合环仿真,使棉层的厚度变化范围由±20%匀整到了±2%,棉条变化在±1%以内。该研究使棉层的波动达到了更加理想的控制效果。
In order to find a better control model and algorithm for the Auto-leveler of Carding Machine, ac cording to the realistic techniques of the Auto-leveler of Carding Machine, this paper utilizes PID control for the analysis and simulation of the open loop control, closed-loop control and hybrid ring control in SIM- ULINK. The result of the simulation shows that: the open loop control has a good leveling on the short fragments of cotton layer, but the effect on the long fragments is not so good;the closed loop control does well on the long fragments of cotton layer,but not well on the short fragments because of the autoleveling dead zone; the hybrid ring control which uses both of the measurements of the cotton layer and the cotton sliver to determine the controlled variable, makes the variation range of cotton layer from ±20% to ±2%, and restrains the variation of cotton sliver to ±1%. The research makes a better function on the control of the cotton layer fluctuation.
