摘要
基于面向产出的CRS及VRS的DEA模型,针对2011年我国省际能源效率和碳生产率进行研究。结果表明全国可分为四类地区:高碳生产率高能效地区、低碳生产率高能效地区、低碳生产率低能效地区、高碳生产率低能效地区。四类地区碳生产率提升潜力差异较大。因此,为了提升省碳生产率,各省要充分考虑地区差异,合理设置地区目标。研究结果对于根据地区差异设定不同的能源经济政策具有一定的参考作用。
Based on the output-oriented CRS and VRS DEA' s model, this paper analyzes Chinese provincial energy efficiency and carbon productivity in 2011. The calculation results show that all provinces were divided into four regions: high carbon productivity-high energy efficiency regions, low carbon productivity-high energy efficiency regions, low carbon productivity-low energy efficiency regions, high carbon productivity-low energy efficiency regions. Enhancing potential of carbon productivity in these regions is different. In order to enhancing carbon productivity, each province should be considering regional differences and then setting reasonable provincial target. The results can provide reference for different energy-economic policy of different regions.
