摘要 对南京市红山森林动物园内圈养的19只灰大袋鼠群体进行了环境丰容试验。试验内容为观察环境丰容对灰大袋鼠行为的影响,环境丰容内容包括在外运动场堆放红土和悬挂毛绒玩具。结果表明丰容前和丰容后2 d内动物的活动、玩耍行为明显增加且差异极显著(P<0.01),休息行为明显减少且差异显著(P<0.05)。丰容18 d后灰大袋鼠休息行为减少,活动行为稍有增加,与丰容前相比差异均不显著(P>0.05)。在观察周期内灰大袋鼠群体休息行为发生频率最高占到总行为的39%。同时分析了灰大袋鼠群体的休息、活动和社群行为发生频率和时间的关系。 We carried out an environmental enrichment experiment on 19 grey kangaroo which were raised in captivity at Nanjing Hongshan Forest Zoo. We observed the effect of environmental enrichment on grey kangaroo behaviors. Environmental enrichment consisted of piles of red soil and hanging stuffed toys on the playfield. Activity and play behaviors increased very significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ) and resting decreased significantly( P 〈 0. 05) 2 days after enrichment. Eighteen days after environmental enrichment, resting decreased and active behaviors increased slightly compared with the budgets of these behaviors prior to enrichment( P〉0. 05). Resting accounted for 39% of all behavior over the entire observation period. We analyzed social behaviors and the relationship between time of day and the rate of resting versus activity in captive grey kangaroo.
