摘要
分析现有船舶主要性能评价标准的不足,需要确定更科学、合理、实用的船舶主要性能评价指标体系。阐述了专家打分法在确定评价指标及其权重方面的应用。基于文章的研究方法,初步确定了建议版的散货船主要性能评价指标及其权重。
This thesis analyzes the shortage of existing model for assessment of ship general performance. It needs to determine evaluation index system for the main performance of ship in a more scientific, reasonable and practical way. The thesis expresses the application of expert scoring method on determining the evaluation index and its weight. With the help of this method, a suggested version of the main performance evaluation index and its weight of bulk carrier are initially determined
