Development of Learning Party Organization

创建学习型党组织对加强党的建设、提升党组织的凝聚力和战斗力具有重要战略意义。首先要准确把握学习型党组织的内涵,找准目前党组织学习与创建学习型组织的差距;其次要科学安排中心组学习内容,深化学习型领导班子创建;再次要发挥中心组学习的导向作用,推进学习型党支部建设,深化学习型企业创建。

Development of learning Party organization requires grasping the following aspects： firstly, correctly understanding the connotation of learning Party organization and capturing the gap between Party organization learning and building of learning Party organization; secondly, arranging learning contents for center group in a scientific way and deepening building of learning leading body and lastly, leveraging the guide role of centre group learning to promote development of learning Party branch and deepening building of learning enterprise.
