Inharmonious relationship between the Party and the masses and between officials and the masses in an enterprise makes all kinds of its work trapped, even hinders its growth. To build harmonious relationship between them, it is essential to strengthen construction of the Party conduct and of a clean government, to carry out education of the Partys mass line, promote enterprise growth by pursuing the reform and to do something concrete for the masses.
