摘要
基层干部的品性作风、管理水平直接影响到企业的生产经营成果。要加强基层干部管理,就必须明确管理重点,增强工作实效,在责任心、用人和经济问题三个方面加强管理,关键还要抓好"一把手"的管理;必须加强绩效考评,提升管理合力,要明确考评内容、科学考评形式;还必须坚持管理与教育相结合,促进素质的全面提高,要强化政治教育、加强"案例"教育、创新活动载体和注重干部培养。
Intensifying grassroots cadre management requires determining the key point of the management, especially the management of top leaders, so as to ensure its actual result, and strengthening performance evaluation on grassroots cadres in a scientific way so as to raise their management joint forces. It also requires combining management with education to fully improve their quality and enhancing political and case education among them.
