员工八小时外的不适行为在很大程度上制约着企业的正常生产,影响着企业的整体形象。以江汉油田分公司井下作业处为样本,不断加强员工八小时以外管理,凝聚和稳定员工队伍,促进企业健康有序发展。
Employees' improper behavior after work hinders to a great degree company's regular activities and affects Its overall image. Therefore, Jianghan Downhole Service Company works hard to strengthen its employee management after work to make them united and stable and ensure its orderly growth in a sound way.
