摘要
企业能否在激烈的市场竞争中生存和发展,执行力至关重要。但实践中存在执行力弱化现象。要提升企业执行力,就必须制定符合企业的战略目标;合理制定管理制度和流程;建立有效的监督和考核机制;建立完善的执行力培训体系;构建执行力文化。
Executive ability plays a vital role in enterprise survival and development in fierce market competition. However, it becomes weaker in practical work. To promote it, the enterprise should adopt its own strategic goal and proper management system and process. It should establish effective supervisory and appraisal mechanism and perfect system for executive ability training. It should build executive ability culture.
