中国石化江汉石油钻头股份有限公司以现场5S管理打造出了一流的制造现场;导入TPM,增强了设备可靠度,缩短了生产线上的流转时间;开辟了"VIP"生产线通道,增强了生产的柔性。为快速响应市场,高效率地提升运行效率,公司遵循精益原则,加强了现场管理,保障了生产流程畅通;构建了生产流程标准化,加快了生产节奏,缩短了生产周期;践行精益理念,降低了资源耗费,实现了利润最大化。
Jianghan Petroleum Drill Co. Ltd has created a first--class manufacturing site by adopting 5S management model, increased reliability of the instruments and shortened circulation time on production line through introducing TPM, and ensured productive flexibility through opening up production line channel for "VIP". In quick response to the market, it, following lean principles, strengthens site management to ensure the smooth for production process, establishes the standards for it to quicken production rhythm and cut down production cycle and pursues lean concept to reduce the spend on resources for gaining maximum profit.
