摘要
根据前人的研究成果及笔者二十五年的相关研究和实践经验,对椪柑的农舍贮藏保鲜技术作了系统综述,详细介绍了椪柑从采摘至贮藏库房管理各个环节的具体操作、技术措施及注意事项等,为椪柑采后贮藏保鲜生产提供技术指导与参考。
This paper made a systematic review about farmhouse storage and preservation operative technology of Citrus reticulate according to the result of previous studies of others and author's twenty-five-year relevant research and practical experience. And then, this paper introduced the specific operation, technical measures and matters needing attention of each aspect from picking to warehouse management in detail, which provided technical reference for the storage of Citrus reticulate.
