独立后大陆法非洲国家的法律除了具有大陆法系的一般特色外 ,还具有自己的特征 :继续沿用原宗主国国家法律 ;新制定的法律对大陆法既有继承又有发展 ;习惯法和伊斯兰法仍然适用 ;
After independence,African conutries' laws in continental law has both the normal features which continental law system has and its specific features.For example,it continues to use the metropolitan states laws;newly-set law both succeeds and develops the continental law;customary law and Islamic law are still suitable;the general principle of law also is one of the origins of African countries' laws.
