A Study on the Quality Assurance System for the Recruitment of Student Party Members in Non-governmental Vocational Colleges

分析民办高职院校学生党建工作的现状和学生党员发展工作中存在的问题,从党务工作人员培养机制、优秀党员教师示范机制、完善学生党员再教育机制等方面,对如何构建民办高职院校学生党员质量保障体系进行探讨。

This essay analyzes the current situation of the work of Party building for students in non-governmental vo- cational colleges as well as the problems in the recruitment of student Party members. Besides, it also probes into the construction of the quality assurance system for the student Party members in the aspects of the cultivation mecha- nism for Party workers, the demonstration mechanism for excellent CCPM teachers and the perfection of the reeduca- tion mechanism for student Party members.
