“Three Representing” and China's Legal Construction

本文从“三个代表”的思想是我国法制建设的基本指针出发 ,分别论述了我国法制建设如何代表中国先进生产力发展的要求、代表中国先进文化的前进方向、代表中国最广大人民的根本利益 ,在此基础上 ,结合我国法制建设的过去、现状和未来 ,提出必须认真看待权利、坚持依法治国。

The article points out that the idea of “the three representing” resently summed up by President Jiang Zemin provides the guadeline for the Construction of legal system of China. With examinating the past, the present and the future of the legal system of China, the article holds that good laws should incarnate and tend to the advanced productive force, the advanced culture and the fundamental benefit of people, and explores how the construction and the development of legal system can represent the three aspects and meet the requirements of them. At last, the article believes that the path is that we must take rights seriously, Value subjects fully and contral the public power properly. In short, We must insist in “Rule of Law”.
