现阶段高职校企文化融合存在的问题与对策

高职院校办学与本科院校相比最大的特色就是校企合作,而校企合作的关键是校企双方文化上的融合。近年来,高职校企文化融合取得了一些成果,但也存在高职文化对企业文化融合的深广度不足、企业文化对校园文化融合的缺失等问题。只有采取全方位推进高职文化对企业优秀文化深度融合、企业文化汲取高职校园文化内涵等措施,校企文化融合才能更加深入,最终推进高职校企合作教育。
