In the tumultuous social reality, Confucius seeked to help people with rational moral and sense of social responsibility as the starting point. But the reason is its only means rather than the ultimate pursuit.Confucius hoped that through rational we entered into Great Harmony to achieve a higher degree of freedom and harmony. His ultimate ideal was wonderful and romantic, as well as his rational advocation and words and deeds.
