摘要
在"减负不减质"前提下,如何具体落实新课标,如何提高学生的数学素养,如何构建高质有效的数学课堂显得尤为重要。文章首先分析了教师观念转变的必要性,接着结合实例探讨如何在课堂上凸显学生的主体地位及教师的主导作用,最后探讨了构建有效课堂对教师能力和素质的要求。
Under the premis of reducing burden without reducing the quality, How to implement the new standard and improve students" mathematical literacy is particularly important to build high-quality effective mathematics classroom. First, this paper analyzes the necessity of teachers" conceptual change, then explores how to protrude the dominant position of students and the leading role of teachers in class combined with examples. Finally it discusses teachers" abilitv and aualitv reauirements for the effective classroom building.
