基于组织要素视角的中西方危机决策研究比较

A Comparative Literature Review on the Existed Research about Crisis Decision-making in China from the Perspective of Organizational Elements

危机决策是危机管理中的重要环节,危机决策研究也是危机管理研究中十分重要的一个组成部分。从组织要素视角对中西方的危机决策研究进行了文献综述,总结目前中西学术界关于组织要素视角下危机决策研究的几个特点,概括中西方在研究方法和研究切入点等方面存在的差异和特征,并指出在今后的研究中应该注意的问题。

Mao Zedong was always very concerned about the youth work. Facing the new situation of revolution and construction, Mao Zedong made a new thinking about youth work in the early years of the PRC. He put out the instructions that “the work of Communist Youth League is supposed to take care of the youth”, which guide the youth league work. In addition, he emphasized on the youth learning and asked the youth to strive to learn cultural knowledge and the Marx doctrine. Moreover, he concerned about youth＇ s physical health and encourage them to strengthen physical exercise. He encouraged the youth combining knowledge and practice and taking an active part in China＇ s socialist construction. These reflect the further development of Mao Zedong＇ s youth work thoughts in the new era, which still has important practical significance in nowadays.
