摘要
针对教学团队建设中缺乏有效合理的评价与监管、重视教学团队的评选而轻视教学团队后续建设的问题,分析了教学团队动态管理的影响因素,构建了包含16个二级指标共49个观测点的三级评价指标体系,引入熵值法,通过对教学团队年度数据的统计,对其进行量化评价,从而实现对教学团队的动态管理,通过考核结果,确定教学团队的建设状况,使其健康发展.并以此为据,督促教学团队加强自身建设,为教学团队管理和建设提供参考意见.
For solving the problem of the teaching team that takes the selection seriously but lack of effective supervision and evaluation, firstly, the paper establishes the evaluation index system of the teaching team's evaluation, which is composed of 16 second indexes and 49 observing points by analyzing the factors affecting the teaching team dynamic management. Then, collect the data of the teaching team in a year. In order to achieve the dynamic management of teaching team, we propose the evaluating model by the entropy method. The evaluating result can be used to supervise the teaching team to strengthen self- construction and so on.
