高校后勤档案管理是科技档案管理工作中一项不可缺少的内容,积累和储存科技档案,加强高校后勤档案管理,是一项基础建设.分析高校后勤档案管理中存在的问题及其原因,继而从领导重视、制度建设、员工素质、后勤投入等多方面提出相应的对策及建议,以期能改善高校后勤档案管理的现状.

In this paper, in view of the importance of college logistics archives management, we found the bad phenomena in the logistics archives management, analyzed the reasons for problems, proposed the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion from the leadership, system construction, the quality of the staff, logistics investment and other aspects, in order to improve the status of logistics management.
