酒精依赖患者震颤谵妄症状与血生化指标变化的相关性研究

The correlation study of delirium tremens and biochemical in-dicator changes in patients with alcohol dependence

目的：探讨酒精依赖患者出现震颤谵妄症状与血生化指标变化的相关性。方法将出现震颤谵妄症状的26例酒精依赖患者设为A组，未出现震颤谵妄症状的133例酒精依赖患者设为B组，对两组各项生化指标进行检测分析。结果 A组门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶、Ca＋水平显著高于B组，肌酐、K＋、Na＋、Cl-水平显著低于B组，差异均有显著或极显著性（P＜0．5或0．01）；Logisitic回归分析显示，当血清尿酸异常，γ-谷氨酰转肽酶＞371 U · L -1时，低K＋、低Na＋时震颤谵妄症状出现的危险性增大。结论监测血生化相关指标对预防酒精依赖患者出现震颤谵妄症状具有重要指导意义。

Objective To investigate the correlation between delirium tremens （DT） and biochemical indi-cator changes in patients with alcohol dependence （AD） .Methods Twenty-six AD patients with DT were assigned to group A and 133 ones without to B ,all biochemical indicators of both groups contrastively and correlatively analyzed .Results Aspartate aminotransferase （AST ） ,γ-glutamyltranspeptidase （GGT ） and Ca＋ level were significantly higher and creatinine ,K＋ ,Na＋ and Cl- lower in group A than B ,differences were significant or very significant （P〈0 .05 or 0 .01）;logistic regression analyses showed that DT risk increased when serum uric acid was abnormality ,GGT 〉371mmol/L ,K＋ and Na＋ low .Conclusion Mo-nitoring related blood biochemical indicators has important guiding significance for preventing DT develop-ment of AD patients .
