强迫症基于体素的形态测量学研究进展

Research progress of voxel-based morphometry in obsessive-compulsive disorder

神经影像学的研究表明强迫症患者存在脑结构和功能异常，并提出了强迫症眶额叶-纹状体“情感”环路和背外侧前额叶-纹状体“执行”环路异常。本文对近年来这两个环路各个脑区基于体素的形态测量学研究结果进行了总结，为研究强迫症神经解剖结构的病理机制提供依据。

T he neural imaging studies of obsessive-compulsive disorder （OCD ） indicate that OCD patients have abnormal brain structures and functions ,put forward the orbital frontal cortex-striatum ＂emotional＂loop and the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex-striatum ＂executive＂loop .In this paper ,we summarize voxel-based morphometry （VBM ） findings of two loop brain regions in recent years .
