手机卡数字签名技术在电子病历系统中的应用研究

RESEARCH ON APPLICATION OF MOBILE PHONE CARD DIGITAL SIGNATURE TECHNOLOGY IN ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORD SYSTEM

医院信息系统数据的真实性、可靠性、安全性及法律问题等是系列突出并且必须解决的问题。目前,国内大多数的PKI技术都是基于软盘、硬盘、USB-Key、IC卡和智能卡等为介质的数字签名技术,以此类介质的数字签名技术存在部署复杂、对硬件有特殊要求、操作灵活度不高、互联互通困难等问题。以手机卡为质的数字签名技术,具有跨平台可移植性、可扩展性和高安全性等优点。在电子病历系统中采用以手机卡为质的数字签名技术,能够更加灵活快捷地进行数字签名的相关操作。从而促进电子病历系统在移动和互联互通更好的发展,推动医院信息化建设。

Hospital information system data is authenricyty and reliability,safety and legal series is outstanding and must solve the problem. At present,most of the domestic PKI technology is based on a floppy disk,hard disk,USB-,Key,IC card and the smart card as the digital signature technology medium,based on the digital signature of such medium in the presence of complex deployment,have special requirements on the hardware、flexibility is not high,the interconnection problem in mobile phone card,digital signaturetechnology quality,with cross platform portability,scalability and security,using mobile phone card for the digital signature technology in the electronic medical record quality system operation,can be more flexible and fast digital signature. In order to promote the development of electronic medical records in mobile and interconnection better,promote the hospital information construction.
