葛兰西“文化领导权”与我国文化软实力建设

Grimsci’s Idea of "Culture Leadership" and China’s Cultural Soft Power

文化领导权思想是葛兰西为马克思主义理论发展作出的一个重要贡献,是其总体性革命战略的核心内容。在全球化、文明冲突、软实力竞争日益激烈的今天,葛兰西文化领导权思想仍具有很强的现实生命力。当前,我国在国际上面临文化多元化和西方价值渗透等诸多挑战,在国内面临改革开放以来社会思潮和价值观的多元化发展,加强文化软实力建设的任务十分艰巨。透过葛兰西文化领导权思想的启示,我们应牢牢把握社会主义先进文化前进方向,唤醒知识分子的文化使命担当,实施＂走出去＂战略推进中华文化国际认同,以社会主义核心价值观强化文化领导权,促进国家文化软实力建设。

The idea of Cultural leadership proposed by Gramsci＇s is an important contribution to the development of Marxist theory, is also a core content of its overall strategy of revolution. Nowadays the competition of globalization, conflict of civilization, soft power increasingly fierce, Gramsci＇s cultural leadership thought still has strong vitality of reality. At present, China faces many challenges such as cuhural diversity and western value infiltration, at home facing the diversity of social thoughts and values since the reform and opening up, it is hard to strengthen the construction of cultural soft power. Through the enlightenment of Gramsci＇s cultural leadership thought, we should firmly grasp the direction of socialist culture, awaken the cultural mission of intellectuals, implement the strategy of ＂going out＂ to promote international recognition of Chinese cuhure, strengthen cuhural socialist core values and promote the construction of national cultural soft power.
