国内企业基因模型构建研究:以创新型中小企业为例

Corporate Genetic Model Building in China: A Case Study of Innovative SMEs

企业基因理论是企业成长理论最前沿的演化方向,目前国内企业基因理论的相关研究已进入精细化的企业基因模型构建阶段,但存在模型结构与生物基因结构不完全吻合、缺乏数据分析支撑、未能完全涵盖影响企业成长要素等不足。针对这些不足,通过构造企业成长基因要素池、实证甄别基因要素、结合理论确定基因模型等三步得出创新型中小企业基因模型,得到了构造严谨的企业基因模型应该按照上述三个步骤进行的结论。

Corporate Genomics Theory is the latest evolution of Enterprise Growth Theory ,and recently the related research of corporate genomics has entered the phase of building accurate corporate genetic model ,but we find out that there are some drawbacks about these researches such as misfit between model structure and bio-gene structure ,lacking in data analysis support and being unable to cover all the factors that affect corporate growth .In view of these weaknesses ,we build corporate genetic model of in-novative SMEs through three steps ,i .e .building factors system that affects corporate growth ,empirical approach to revealing the genetic factors ,and building model based on the above research with theoretical analysis .Finally we come to the conclusion that we should take the above three steps to build the rigorous Corporate Genetic Model .
