摘要
依据高职高专课程改革的理念和宗旨,对食品加工技术课程从教学内容选取、教学模式实施、教学方法运用、考核方式执行4个方面进行改革探索。实践表明,合理安排教学内容、改革教学模式、运用多样化的教学方法、建立科学的考核体系,可以明显提高教学效果。
According to the concept and purpose of advanced vocational colleges, food processing technology curriculum reform exploration is analyzed from four aspects of teaching contents, teaching mode, teaching methods and assessment methods. Practice shows that reasonable arrangement of teaching contents, reforming teaching mode, diversified teaching methods and scientific assessment methods have achieved good results.
