摘要
对我国新刑法典关于军职犯罪在立法上的利弊得失作了比较客观的评价，并针对军职犯罪中现存的缺陷提出了相应的修订建言。
This article gives an objective appraisal of the positiveness and negativeness of the legislation on military crimes in our country's new Penal code, and puts forward some amendment proposals as to the given drawbacks, which should be of reference value to enhance our country's military penal law and penal code.
