摘要
律师是政法工作队伍中的一个特殊群体，他们作为服务在司法实践前沿的社会法律工作者，必然会与风险时时相伴。从律师执业风险的关联性、范围性、损害结果的直接性、事后处理的间接性等方面论述了风险的特征，并从不同的角度对风险的类型做了分类。其中着重从前途风险、综合风险及准风险三个板块阐述了风险的复杂性和多样性，其次从社会成因。立法成因、执法成因、自身成因等四方面论述了律师执业风险产生的根源。最后，从现实的角度，阐明了律师执业风险保护的可操作性及操作方式。
Lawyers are a spotal group among the troops of political- legal functionaries. As social legal workers who are on the front of judicial practice, they are surely to be accompanied with risks. In this article, from the connection nature, scope nature and direct nature of the damage result and the indirect nature of post - affair management, the writer first discusses the features of risks. The wrier also of classifies the types of risks from various angles. This article emphasizes on three plates: future risk. comprehensive risk and quasi - risk and expounds the complexity and variety of risk. Secondly, from four causes of formation: social, enforcing the law, legislation and self, the writer discusses the source of lawyer ' s practising risks. Lastly, from the current points of view. it expounds the operation nature and operation method of the protection of lawyer's practising risks
