摘要
甲醛是一种常见的装修型化学性室内空气污染物,是制造油漆、塑料、橡胶、染料等的原料,严重的危害着人们的健康。本设计了一个基于甲醛传感器的智能控制系统,该系统以AT89C51单片机为核心处理器。AT89C51是性价比高的8位单片机,具有丰富的外围电路。本设计中采用串行通信方式,利用少量的I/0接口,采用TLC2543串行A/D转换芯片和CH2O/S-10型甲醛传感器,简化了系统的配置且降低了设计成本,可广泛用于甲醛浓度的监测和控制。
Formaldehyde is a kind of popular indoor air pollutant an important chemical raw materials and organic solvents, manufacturing paint, plastics, rubber, dyes and other raw materials. In addition, formaldehyde seriously endangers people's health. This paper design a intelligent control system which is based on formaldehyde sensor and AT89c51. AT89c51 are 8-bit single-chip, cost-effective, rich peripheral circuits, the design uses a serial communication means, using a small amount of I/o interface, using Tlc2543 serial A/d conversion chips and cH20/s-10 serial formaldehyde sensor simplify the system conifguration and to reduce design cost, it can be widely used in formaldehyde concentration monitoring and control for faimilies.
