公共信息资源多元化管理模式决定了政府与私人企业、第三部门共同参与公共信息资源管理建设,并由此产生了政府寻租、职责缺失、角色定位不清晰等问题。本文从公共信息资源管理的多元化发展角度出发,分析了政府与其他管理主体之间的协调互动关系,明确了政府在管理过程中所承担的多重复合角色。

The diversified management mode of public information resources determines the government and private enterprises, the third departments jointly participate in the construction of public information resources management.
