THE SEALING ABILITY OF ROOT CANAL OBTURATION IN VITRO

摘要 目的探讨不同根管充填方法和根管充填糊剂的根尖封闭能力。方法收集三个月以内正畸拔除的单根管下颌前磨牙60颗使用机用PreTaper镍钛器械,采用根管预备方法中的冠根向深入法进行根管预备。随后随机分为A、B、C、D、E五组,每组12颗。A组:侧向加压充填技术及AHplus封闭剂充填根管;B组:侧向加压充填技术及Vitapex糊剂充填根管;C组:热牙胶垂直加压技术与AHplus封闭剂充填根管;D组:热牙胶垂直加压技术与Vitapex糊剂充填根管;E组:空根管对照组,不进行任何充填。放置一周后用印度墨汁染色,并制作透明标本。测量并比较各组根尖微渗漏长度。结果 C组与D组间根尖微渗漏长度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余各组间根尖微渗漏长度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热牙胶垂直加压充填技术的根尖封闭性明显优于侧向加压充填技术,在传统的冷侧压充填技术中AHplus封闭剂的封闭性优于Vitapex糊剂。 Objective To evaluate the apical sealing effect of different root canal obturation techniques and different root canal filling paste .Methods Sixty extracted premolars with single root canal were pre-pared by crown-down technique and divided randomly into five groups (with 12 teeth in each group) . Group A was obturated with the cold lateral condensation technique and the root canal sealer AHplus . Group B was obturated with the cold lateral condensation technique and the root canal sealer Vitapex . Group C was obturated with continuous-wave condensation technique and the root canal sealer AHplus . Group D was obturated with continuous-wave condensation technique and the root canal sealer Vitapex . Group E was not obturated .All the teeth were stained with India ink one week later and made into trans-parent specimens . The lengths of apical microleakage were measured . Results There was a significant difference in microleakage between any two groups (P〈0 .05) except between Group C and Group D( P〉0 .05) .Conclusion The continuous-wave condensation technique showed better root canal apical sealing effect when compared with the cold lateral condensation .In the cold lateral condensation technique ,AH-plus has better root canal sealing effect than Vitapex .
