心理干预对肺癌术后化疗抑郁患者HAMD评分的影响

THE IMPACT OF PSYCHOLOGICAL INTERVENTION ON HAMD SCORES OF LUNG CANCER PATIENTS WITH DEPRESSION AFTER CHEMOTHERAPY

目的探索心理干预对肺癌术后化疗抑郁患者HAMD评分的影响。方法将68例肺癌术后化疗抑郁患者随机分为两组,给予对照组34例患者常规护理,给予观察组34例患者心理干预,治疗2个月后两组患者进行疗效及抑郁评分(HAMD)比较。结果接受心理干预后,观察组患者的焦虑抑郁发生率明显低于对照组,严重程度减弱,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论肺癌术后化疗患者在进行心理干预后能有效减轻肺癌患者抑郁程度,促进患者康复,明显提高了患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the impact of psychological intervention on HAMD scores of lung canc-er patients with depression after chemotherapy .Methods 68 cases of lung cancer patients with depression after chemotherapy were randomly divided into the contrast group of 34 cases given conventional treatment and the observation group of 34 cases given psychological intervention .The curative effects and HAMD scores of patients in the two groups were compared after two months of treatment .Results After receiving psychological intervention ,the incidence of depression in patients of the observation group was significant-ly lower than that of the control group and the severity of depression declined more than in the observation group than in the control group （ P 〈0 .01） .Conclusion Psychological intervention can effectively relieve depression after chemotherapy for patients with lung cancer and can promote patient＇s recovery and quality of lif e .
