微波辐射和IBA浸种对云南松种子发芽的影响 被引量:13

摘要 采用L9(34)正交试验设计开展微波辐射及IBA浸种对云南松(Pinus yunnanensis)种子发芽影响的试验。结果表明,影响发芽率和发芽势的关键因子是IBA浸种,其综合优组合为微波辐射10 s和0.10 g/L的IBA浸种,发芽率和发芽势分别达93.00%和74.00%;而影响平均发芽时间和发芽指数的关键因子为微波辐射,其综合优组合为微波辐射10 s和清水浸种,发芽时间和发芽指数分别为9.80 d和9.62粒/d。方差分析结果表明,微波辐射及其与IBA浸种的交互作用极显著或显著地影响平均发芽时间和发芽指数,且交互作用主要是负效应。 The L9 (34) orthogonal experimental design was applied to test effects of microwave radiation and IBA presoaking seeds on germination parameters of Pinus yunnanens. The results showed that the primary factor of influencing germinative rate and potential was IBA presoaking seeds, and the optimal combination was 10 s microwave radiation and 0.10 g/L IBA presoaking seeds,which had 93.00% and 74.00% mean germi- native rate and potential, respectively. Contrarily, microwave radiating seeds was principal factor of impacting mean germinative time and index,which the optimum combination was 10 s microwave radiation and non IBA presoaking seeds with 9.80 d mean germinative time and 9.62 seed/d germinative index. The ANOVA results indicated that there were significantly different effects of the microwave radiation and its interaction with IBA presoaking seeds on mean germinative time and index,while the interaction mainly was negative effects.
