摘要
以4个青稞品种为试材,研究了不同浓度NaCl胁迫对青稞种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,在0.4%的低浓度盐分下,各品种的种子萌发及幼苗生长未受到明显抑制。但随着NaCl胁迫浓度的升高,各品种受到的抑制作用增强,种子的萌发与幼苗长势呈下降趋势。不同青稞品种受NaCl胁迫的程度存在差异。经分析初步认为,曲玛123、日喀则17的耐盐能力要高于喜玛拉雅19和果洛2个品种。
The effect of NaCI stress on germination of four highland barley cuhivars were studied in this paper. Under salt stress by 0.4% NaCl, seed germination and seedling growth were not inhibited obviously. But with the further increase of NaCl concentration, the inhibitive effect on seed germination and seedling growth increased evidently. These four cuhivars had different levels of salt endurance. Quma 123 and Rikaze 17 had higher salt tolerance than the other two cuhivars.
