摘要
以6种裸燕麦品种种子为材料,用不同浓度的聚乙二醇(PEG)溶液模拟干旱胁迫环境,研究了6种裸燕麦品种在干旱条件下种子的萌发情况。测定了种子发芽率、发芽势、胚根与胚芽长度及其比值。结果表明,不同浓度PEG处理胁迫对种子的萌发均有一定的延缓作用。低浓度PEG(5%)可促进裸燕麦不同品种种子萌发。当PEG浓度达到15%时,对种子萌发产生抑制作用,随浓度的持续增加,抑制作用逐渐加强,且不同品种间种子萌发受抑制程度表现出明显差异。以此确定了6个裸燕麦品种萌发期抗旱性强弱。
Six kinds of naked oats seeds were selected as the materials in this paper, different concentrations of PEG was used to simulat drought stress condition, drought resistance of six kinds of naked oats during seed germination was studied. The germination rate, germination potential, radical length, hypocotyls length and their ratio value were determined. The results showed that different concentrations of PEG stress treatment retarded seed germination. Low concentrations of PEG (5%)improve seed germination of different varieties of naked oat. Under concentrations of PEG( 15% ), seed germination was restrained. With increasing of concentrations of PEG,the restraint increased gradually. There was significant difference in restraint among different varieties. The drought resistance of six kinds of naked oats during seed germination was compared and determined.
