摘要
采用钨酸钠、氟钛酸钾及其复配体系分别对羽绒纤维进行阻燃处理,通过极限氧指数、剩炭率、热失重分析、白度等对其阻燃性能、热性能及其表面形态变化进行探讨.实验证明:经阻燃处理后的羽绒纤维,剩炭率、氧指数都有不同程度的升高,其中复配体系的阻燃性能最好,极限氧指数从23% ~ 24%提高到50% ~51%,剩炭率从16.8%增加到27.8%,阻燃性能得到明显改善.另外,通过对阻燃前后扫描电镜图片和白度的比较发现:阻燃前后羽绒纤维的表面形态并未有明显变化,色泽上有略微变化,但不影响其整体视觉.
The five-retardant treatment of down fiber is dealed with sodium tungstate, fluoride potassium titanate and the compounding of them. The flam-retardant and thermal properties by limiting oxygen index, rate of residual carbon, thermo-gravimetric analysis, whiteness meter are stuided. The results show the treated fibers have higher LOI and char yield compared with the untreated fibers. It means the flame-retardant properties of treated fiber is perfect, the effect of compounding system is best and the fire-retardant treatment has little influence on the surface of down fibers.
