摘要
为了提高超塑铝合金槽筒螺旋沟槽的抛光质量和抛光效率,实现自动化无人抛光,通过对超塑铝合金槽筒抛光工艺特性和现有抛光方式的研究分析,提出了主动仿形的机械抛光方法,并用自主研制的主动仿形抛光机进行抛光实验,确定超塑铝合金槽筒螺旋沟槽的抛光工艺和参数。结果表明,利用主动仿形抛光机,采用粒度为100#、球径为3 mm和粒度为200#、球径为3 mm的碳化硅磨球进行粗抛和精抛,不但可以保证精度要求,而且效率较高。
In order to get the high polishing quality and efficiency of super-plastic aluminum alloy grooved drum and achieve automatic polishing, through the research of characteristics of abrasive belt polishing wheel rotation and the research and analysis of existing polishing methods, the active mechanic polishing method is proposed. The polishing process and parameters are determined in the polishing experiments on the active copying machine designed by myself. The results show that using the active polishing machine with Ф3 mm silicon carbide grinding ball as 100# and 200# respectively to rough polishing and fine polishing, not only ensure the accuracy, but also the high efficiency.
