Power plants are experiencing an ear of comprehensive materials management, aiming to integrate the needs, coordinate resources and share information, and ultimately generate optimal integration of supply chain management. Material adjustment management is the inevitable product of the comprehensive material management. It is a necessary path for entities to make up what the other lacks mutually. This paper describes the implication, processes and factors of material adjustment management, which is rooted in the Guohua＇scomprehensive material management background.
