发电企业正在进入大物资管理时代,旨在通过集中整合各方需求,统筹资源,共享信息,最终实现发电企业供应链的最优集成管理。物资调剂正是大物资管理的必然产物,它是各个营运个体之间互通有无、以余补缺的重要手段,并通过调剂这一过程实现总量最优的目的。本文介绍物资调剂的涵义、流程及影响因素,以国华电力大物资管理为背景,介绍了国华电力物资调剂的两个成功案例,阐述了物资调剂的实际运作方式,及作为电力企业加强生产基建物资一体化管理的重要抓手,对盘活库存积压物资、降低库存,提高企业运营管理质量和效益的重要作用。
Power plants are experiencing an ear of comprehensive materials management, aiming to integrate the needs, coordinate resources and share information, and ultimately generate optimal integration of supply chain management. Material adjustment management is the inevitable product of the comprehensive material management. It is a necessary path for entities to make up what the other lacks mutually. This paper describes the implication, processes and factors of material adjustment management, which is rooted in the Guohua'scomprehensive material management background. With the two successful material adjustment stories of Guohua Power Plant, this paper suppliesthe importance of material adjustmenttoenhance the integration of productionand construction management,reduce inventory, andimprovethequality and efficiencyofenterprise operations management.
