电厂采购备件全寿命周期管理信息系统设计与实现

摘要 基于对物资在发电厂内的流转和使用全过程需求分析,提出并实施备件全寿命周期管理。该系统对每件备件(设备)采购、技术验收、入库、出库、返修、报废等业务处理进行记录,建立一套完整的采购、存储、养护、维修电子档案,以积累数据,实现物资流向、活动和来源的双向追溯,摸索备件寿命周期规律,达到可靠性和经济性最佳结合。 This article is based on material flow through the whole process and the use of demand in the power plant analysis, and implementation of the full life cycle management of spare parts. Spare parts for each piece of the system (device) procure- ment, technical inspection, storage, a library, rework, scrap processing and other business records, to establish a complete set of procurement, storage, maintenance and repair of electronic flies to accumulate data to achieve material bidirectional traceability flow, activities and sources, and explore the life cycle of the laws of spare parts, the best combination of reliability and economy achieved.
