摘要
可靠性模拟分析方法近年来主要应用于航空、航天、电子、机械及生产制造等领域,近年来,出现了将可靠性模拟分析方法应用在工程项目管理领域的趋势,但在国内项目,特别是大型化工装置中,还鲜有进行可靠性模拟分析研究的实例。本文以化工项目可行性研究阶段为例,介绍了可靠性模拟分析方法的设计理念、研究过程及现存问题,为可靠性模拟分析在大型化工项目管理领域应用提供借鉴。
The reliability simulation analysis method in recent years mainly used in the field of aviation, aerospace, electronics, machinery and manufacturing. In recent years, there has been the trend of reliability simulation analysis methods used in the field of project management, but in domestic projects, especially large-scale chemical plant, the instance of the reliability of the simu- lation analysis study are few. This paper introduces the design concept, the research process and the existing problems of the reliability simulation analysis method in the chemical project feasibility study stage to provide a reference for the reliability simulation analysis in the field of large-scale chemical project management applications.
