基于原真性评价的村镇文化分权化监管机制研究

Study on Decentralized Supervision Mechanism of Rural Cultures Based on Authenticity Evaluation

以原真性评价体系模型的评价标准为基础,探讨历史文化村镇分权化监管体系机制的建立问题。从考评模型的层次、特征指标、真实性评价3点进行契合村镇原真性的筛选,从而在管理层面以监管主体—利益相关—协调组织为脉络,梳理村镇文化传承的监管机制,提出适合于中国历史文化村镇的文化传承管理体系机制。

Based on the standards of the authenticity evaluation modeling system,the establishment of the decentralized supervision mechanism in rural areas was explored.From three aspects of the level of the evaluation model,characteristic indexes and authentic assessment,the supervision mechanism of cultural inheritance was discussed from the perspective of supervising subject,stake-holders and coordinated organization and thus suitable supervision schemes for Chinese cultural inheritance in rural areas were proposed.
