湖南省农产品流通发展现状研究

Research on the Development Status of Agricultural Products Circulation in Hunan Province

以湖南省14个地市州为样本,选取10个能反映湖南省农产品流通发展水平的指标,运用因子分析和聚类分析相结合的方法,评估各区域农产品流通发展现状。结果表明,湖南省可划分成5个农产品流通发展区:综合协调发展区、需求驱动发展区、供给驱动发展区、产业发展潜力区、产业发展滞后区。各功能区要依据自身情况,制定不同发展战略,提高农产品流通发展水平;统筹规划,加快农产品流通集散中心建设;加大对农产品流通企业的政策扶持力度,提高农产品流通企业市场竞争力。

By selecting 14 cities in Hunan as a sample and 10 indicators to reflect the level of agricultural products circulation,the paper employs thefactor analysis and cluster analysis to assess the developmnent status of agricultural products circulation in Hunan Province.Hunan Province can be classified into five zones of agricultural products circulation：integrated and coordinated development zone,demand-driven development zone,supply-driven development zone,industrial development potential zone and industrial development lagged zone.Each functional zone should develop different strategies according to their own situation to improve the level of agricultural circulation ; overall planning,accelerate the construction of distribution center of agricultural products circulation; strengthen the policy support for agricultural circulation enterprises, improve the market competitiveness of agricultural circulation enterprises.
