许昌鲜切花产业存在的问题及跨越式发展对策

Existing Problems in Fresh Cut Flowers Industry and Leapfrog Development Countermeasures in Xuchang City

"郑州航空港经济综合实验区"国家战略的实施,为许昌经济特别是鲜切花产业发展提供了难得历史机遇。目前,许昌鲜切花产业存在产品结构单一、质量水平低、管理粗放、人才短缺、科技支撑不足、流通体系不健全等问题。为促进许昌鲜切花产业跨越式发展,应在"许昌承接区"开辟先导鲜切花园区的基础上,采取综合对策:改善软硬环境,引进鲜切花生产高端企业,高起点发展;完善综合交通网络;加快信息化网络和信息基础设施建设;不断调整产品结构,实施专业化、规范化、规模化生产;培养鲜切花企业和产品品牌;提高花卉产量和品质;推进和完善高效快捷的花卉物流体系。

The implementation of the national strategy of Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Area,provides a rare historical opportunity for the cut flower industry development of Xuchang.Currently,there are some existing problems in fresh cut flower industry in Xuchang,such as single product structure,low quality level,extensive management mode,shortage of talents,insufficient of scientific support,imperfect of circulation system.In order to promote leapfrog development of fresh cut flower industry in Xuchang,several countermeasures were put forward,including improve the hard and soft environment,the introduction of cut flower production of high-end enterprise,development from a high starting point; improving the comprehensive transportation system,realize efficient connecting and sharing of traffic facilities of future ＂Xuchang vicarious and joint zone＂ inside and outside; speed up the information network and information infrastructure construction; constantly adjust the product structure market-oriented; implementation of cut flower of specialization,standardization,large-scale production; cultivate well-known brands for products and companies cut flowers; implement technology integration and innovation,improve flowers yield and quality; promote and improve the high efficient logistics system of flowers.
